New 10-Rib Business Umbrellas for Private Label

Three new 10-rib models have joined our OEM custom umbrella range, and they were added to cover three different buying briefs rather than to fill out a colour chart. The first is a fully automatic reverse umbrella with an LED handle, the second is a black UV umbrella with antique bronze detailing and a solid wood handle, and the third is an automatic business folding umbrella with a ring handle.

Why these three were added

Promotional buyers, gift buyers, and retail private-label buyers rarely want the same umbrella. A promotional program usually needs a low unit cost and a feature the recipient will actually notice. A gift program needs a handle and finish that look considered. A retail line needs fabric options that let one model sit at two price points without a second tooling round.

All three new models share the same foundation: ten fiberglass ribs, a steel centre shaft, and a compact three-fold structure. What changes between them is the opening mechanism, the handle, and the fabric. That is deliberate, because it means a buyer can order two or three of them together and keep one logo size, one artwork file, and one quality standard.

Model 1: fully automatic reverse umbrella with LED handle

The reverse umbrella inverts as it closes, so the wet surface is folded inside and stays away from the user and from a car interior. That single behaviour is why the format keeps selling into commuter and ride-share markets, and it is the reason this model is positioned for promotional campaigns and retail collections rather than as a plain giveaway.

The frame uses ten fiberglass ribs with a steel shaft and a 23-inch canopy, and the umbrella opens and closes automatically from one button. The listing covers three configurations: a manual reverse version in pongee, an LED-handle version in pongee, and an LED-handle version with black UV-coated fabric. The LED handle adds visibility for commuting and evening use, which is also a useful talking point on a promotional brief.

Colours depend on the configuration. Manual reverse pongee styles come in Black, Blue, and Wine Red. LED-handle pongee styles add Deep Blue, Grey, and Olive Green. LED-handle black UV styles come in Black, Blue, Wine Red, and Pink.

Model 2: black UV coating with antique bronze and wood handle

This version is aimed at corporate gifting, hotel amenities, and loyalty programs where the umbrella has to read as a gift rather than as merchandise. The canopy is 210T pongee with a black UV coating rated UPF 50+, which gives a matte, light-blocking finish that keeps printed logos legible. The same canopy specification is available on a fully automatic platform as the black UV coated 10-rib business umbrella.

The differentiating details are the antique bronze accents and the solid wood handle. Both are finish decisions rather than structural ones, which means a buyer can change the perceived price band of the same umbrella without touching the canopy specification or the print method. Standard colours are Black, Wine Red, Green, Pink, Khaki, and Deep Blue, with custom colour matching available.

Model 3: ring handle with 210T or 280T fabric options

The third model answers a simpler brief: one business folding umbrella that can be sold at two price points. It is listed with either 210T colour-coated fabric or 280T pongee, on the same frame and in the same six colours, so a retailer can run an entry version and a step-up version of what looks like the same product.

The handle is a ring, which lets the user carry it by hand or hang it from a bag strap. The umbrella opens and closes automatically. Colours are Dark Green, Deep Sea Blue, Business Black, Paulownia Beige, Cool Fragrance Green, and Midsummer Pink.

What stays the same across all three

Ten fiberglass ribs distribute canopy load across more attachment points than an eight-rib equivalent, and the steel centre shaft keeps the core rigid while the umbrella stays compact. Every model supports logo printing, custom colour development, branded sleeves, woven labels, hang tags, and retail packaging, so one approved artwork can run across the whole group.
